Responsibility:
1. Responsible for PSM for plants and Engineering project.
2. Lead and plan for process safety review and audit activities for all plants and projects in Asia.
3. Provide support for activities of PSM elements for plants.
4. Provide hazardous awareness training to engineers and business managers.
5. Lead process hazard review and hazard analysis for different plants and projects.
6. Process safety support for new plant commissioning.
7. Provide training to plants about safety awareness and management for loss prevent protection for combustible dusts.
8. Provide training for special safety and health awareness for phenol handling.
9. Annual plan for Process safety support to capital engineering projects and plant OPHR and plants acquiring.
10. Annual plan and schedules for process safety training across China area: PSM training, hazardous awareness and identification, HAZOP technology.
11. Work with global team for standard and procedures buildup.
12. Process safety due diligence support for M&A project.
13. Monitor regional Process safety performance KPI, incident investigation.
14. Plan team source for Process engineering support to engineering projects and bidding activities.
15. Coach the team for process simulation and design and work procedure.

Requirement:
1. Over 15 years operation working experience in chemical industry.
2. Over 10 years PSM working experience and has own ideal in process safety management.
3. Prefer candidates from high-risk industry.
4. Can work under pressure.
