Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

- Completely own system level design for testing machine products based on mechanical automation, ultrasound and software technologies. - Make technical proposals and risk evaluations for diversified testing machine products working together with commercial team and design team. - Technically lead and guide design engineers to complete component level design to achieve the system level functions and performances. - Lead technology team to implement the system assembly, integration, commissioning and acceptance in manufacturing plants. - Interface with commercial team for technical exchange for products, projects and orders. - Organize technical documents in the whole project process. - Execute GE project design review process and documentation management for both order-based product and new product.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s or above degree in mechanical, automation or related engineering domain.- 10+ years of engineering experiences in automation machinery, mechanical system, electrical control, especially for large system design and integration.- 5+ years of hands-on experiences of site work of machine assembly, commissioning and testing work.- Strong knowledge in heavy industry like iron& steel, automobile, rail or aviation industry is required.- Knowledge in ultrasonic testing technology and its automatic test system is a big plus.- Project/program management experience is a plus.- Proactive, positive, productive; - Communicates effectively in Chinese and English. - A proved fast learner, self motivated, willing to take challenges;- Willing to travel
