Description (main responsibilities):

Based in Beijing, you will work with the Marketing Manager to design and implement marketing programs. This will involve the following tasks:

Trade marketing:

- Assist the marketing manager in organizing promotion, events, winery visits to China

- Update of brand material and wine information for relevant brands on the company server and website

- Translate marketing and sales materials, such as contract, sales/event proposal, training materials, technical sheet, tasting notes, etc.

- Prepare training materials for internal staff and trade accounts

- Regularly update the pricelist

- Source suppliers for production of 'points of sales' materials

- POS inventory management for Beijing

- Implement and keep track of regular sales promotions

- Maintain the company's customer and media databases

Media

- Collect, file and keep track of media exposure for the company

- Promote events on the company website, media websites, magazines, and other social media like weibo, blog, etc.

- Manage the company website and weibo

Others

- Perform job-related activities as assigned by Marketing Manager such as travel arrangements.
