OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Process and monitor customer orders to ensure the defined customer service levels are met.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the first customer contact person to handle customer inquiries for assigned product lines, such as pricing, order lead time, standard product specifications/information. Provide feedback to the relevant sales personnel regarding order status and/or changes.

- Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies /procedures after confirming the stock availability and customer product allocation. Communicate with customer on relevant information.

- Prioritize delivery schedules based on customers’ delivery requirements and track feedback from logistics to ensure timely order delivery. Communicate timely with customers on delivery status.

- Responsible for account receivable. Check customers’ credit status according to established policies / practices and communicate with customers to settle credit issues. Review and confirm the L/C application from customers and monitor the entire L/C processing.

- To grant timely support to the sales activities, and implement the related tasks. Provide data to sales supervisor to prepare for sales reports/analyses.

- Collect, document and consolidate customers problems/ complaints according to defined procedure system. Initiate coordination with the relevant personnel to solve problems and to ensure the necessary corrective actions taken in accordance with serving standards.

RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:

Above college degree in International Trade, Commercial- or Chemistry-related subject.

More than 1 year experience in customer service, international trade or logistics, with basic knowledge of logistics procedures, good understanding of commercial and international trade knowledge.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Good computer operation skills.
