Job Description: Assistant to GM and Sales director
General: Personal Assisting the GM and Sales Manager with the execution of daily tasks as well as taking part in the sales efforts of the sales department
Assist with the coordination and communication between the management team of PTL Group
Organize meeting, follow action items.
Organize and assist with special project assigned by the PTL Group board.
Sales responsibilities:
A. Issue standard offer letter and follow up offers and contracts; Coordinate and follow the execution of sales contracts;
B. Collect information for sales offer from the different department;
C. Research for potential competitors, business partners (with marketing)
D. Communicate with clients both overseas and in China;
E. Meet with current overseas client when visiting China and current Chinese client on a regular base (monthly)
F. Arranging delegations programs from overseas.
G. Receiving delegations from overseas.
H. Arranging and assisting delegations from China to overseas.
I. Follow up client service; and Follow up logistics, HR, recruiting issues that comes to SD desk
J. Follow and generate leads from different channels;
K. Set up and participate in meetings with potential partners and clients;
L. Prepare and participate in seminars;
M. Participate in PR and networking events;
N. Communicate regularly with overseas sales representatives;
O. Prepare, arrange, attend, record and follow up sales meeting;
P. Follow up sales action items;
Q. Manage the pipeline with each region;
R. Master CRM, issue reports, manage clients, opportunities etc.
S. Cooperate and coordinate projects with marketing team;
T. Prepare sales presentations and be able to give general sales presentation of PTL in English and Chinese;
PA responsibilities:
U. Arrange CEO and GM and sales director’s agenda and meetings;
V. Assist CEO and GM with personal issues (collect information, make phone calls, translation, assist with purchasing, communicate with service providers, Ayi, Driver etc.);
W. Manage and follow the “sales” account on the website;
X. Any other duty assigned by CEO and GM or sales director

Background required:

Education: Overseas business/marketing degree an advantage or
Language: Perfect English, Chinese
Work experience: Sales orientation experience, regular communication with foreigners, client service, marketing experience etc.
Character: Very open, friendly and people oriented person. Good with communicating with foreigners as well as Chinese. Self confidence, easy to approach new people, well organized, detailed person, task oriented, high motivation.
