Accomplish daily work according to request. Collect and analyze information used for internal management reporting. Translation and interpretation for/during business issues.

Key responsibilities:
1.Administrative issues related to Vice President and the whole team daily business including: daily correspondence, reports and presentations, department meeting and activities, visits and travel planning.
2.Draft, translate, document business related information. Screen and analyze issues of importance for further use.
3.Organization of meetings: make preparation, translation and minutes if so requested
4.Assist local P-Management in dealing with external partners for business activities in China

Working experience
3+ years related experience in multi-national companies, intercultural experience
