Main Objectives:
1.Coordinate and support the control of financial matters for business unit Car Powertrain Technology’s regional activities in China.
2.Support the general follow-up of the principal duties and responsibilities of finance and controlling in close cooperation with finance/controlling department of ZFCN and controlling department in Germany.
3.Assist in project calculation; establish the collaboration with regional and national government organizations;
4.Support the establishment of new plant of business unit Car Powertrain Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
-Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to the requirement from local and group finance department;
-Deviation analysis, economic evaluations as part of the monthly and annual financial statements;
-Support management team with accurate and timely financial KPI and accounting information for decision making;
-Preparation of cost forecasting and yearly planning/budgeting;
-Facilitate and support the evaluation/calculation of investment projects (e.g. IRR,NPV,ROI);
-Support pre- and post-calculation of products with respect to unit/serial manufactory;
-Other ad hoc and supportive activities with regard to finance and controlling.

Internal and External Contact:
External:
-Collaboration with regional and national government authorities;
-Collaboration with business partners (e.g. customers, suppliers).

Internal:
-Affiliated companies of ZF group in China and globally (with main focus on business unit of Car Powertrain Technology).
-Inter-departments coordination

Basic Requirements:
Working experience:
-At least 5 years working experience in accounting/controlling in foreign enterprise;
-At least one year planning & analysis experiences
-Working experience at “Big Four” is a plus
-Working experience in an investment project is a plus

Education: University degree in accounting/controlling or business administration with related discipline;
English: Outstanding English communication skill in verbal and in written;
German: Knowledge of German language is not required, but as a plus;
Conputer: - Skilled with office software: MS Excel (proficient), PowerPoint, Word and Access database (as a plus);
- ERP system: practiced with SAP;
Qualification: Solid knowledge of accounting principle: PRC GAAP and IFRS;

Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities:
1.Solid knowledge of accounting principle: PRC GAAP and IFRS;
2.Strong analytical sense and professional on financial statement analysis (e.g. EBIT, FCF, IRR, ROI…);
3.Ability to work independently and to work under pressure;
4.Self-confident and motivated; mature, trustworthy and integrity in teamwork;
5.Excellent organizational and communicational skills.
