Responsibilities
On behalf of Corporate EHS Office to coordinate occupational health and safety related work for all locations in Asia Pacific. Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of health and safety programs to achieve continuous improvement, and ensuring all locations be in compliance with corporate and local regulations while maintaining high safety standards.

Duties
? Support all safety initiatives as required in relation to roll-out, communication, data analysis and reports.
? Provide assistance for all locations in relation to machine safety, process safety management system, risk assessment program, accident management, ergonomics and other safety topics.
? Understand and comply with OHSAS 18001 requirements.
? Maintain safety and training records to ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001 programs.
? Assist with accident investigations and take the lead in HSE incident reporting.
? Responsible for organizing / preparing of internal cross audits and regional HSE Workshops for professional knowledge exchange regarding safety topics.
? Responsible for organizing and coordinating of the site safety related trainings as well as improving of the training standards.
? Establish and maintain safety communication platform in different types (E-Mail group/wechat group/shared folder), as well as provide legal service (database, newsletters, important laws and regulation analysis)
? Perform other incidental duties and project work as required and assigned.
? Attend seminars and trainings in health and safety regulations as required to be up-to-date.

Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering or closely related field is required.
? Knowledge of technical and specialized HSE processes, policies and procedures.
? At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry with focusing on occupational health and safety management, especially machine safety, accident management, ergonomics.
? Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze and report HSE statistics, trends and presenting data.
? Ability to work in a team and ability of assertiveness.
? Proven communication skills as well as good written and oral English skills.
