Job description:

1. Resolves reported workstation problems related to hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research for all members in China via RDP, phone, E-mail and on site;
2. Perform and monitor hardware and software installation, Windows Server & AD configuration, Firewall & Switch deployment in line with Global IT directions;
3. Maintain and secure the stability and availability of the IT infrastructure, Servers, Networks, Leased line, VPN & Telephone System;
4. Gathers and analyses user requirements for IT infrastructure and applications implementation
5. Performing and managing planned activities such as Server installations, upgrades, patching, local rebuilds and maintenance activities.
6. Work closely with the service department to meet their requirement of local IT infrastructure resources

Requirements:

- Ability to maintaining the smooth running of daily operations;
- Solid knowledge on the Microsoft operating system (Windows 7 and Windows Server Operating System 2008&2012) as well as Office & SQL Server;
- Experienced with virtualization environment (Hyper-V &VMware–ESXi) of its configuration, management, monitoring and troubleshooting;
- Familiar with SAN storage data security, network monitoring, system monitoring, etc.
- Good communication skills in both oral & written English. Can handle daily English communication with foreign colleagues through face to face, mail and phone calls.

工作职责：

1. 通过远程、邮件、现场排查解决用户的软硬件、系统和配置的问题；

2. 根据总部IT的要求对Windows Server，域控、防火墙和交换机进行安装、配置和监控；

3. 对所有IT的基础设施、服务器、网络设备、电话系统进行维护以及保证设备运行的可用和稳定性。

4. 评估和分析用户对IT设备和应用的需求。

5. 执行和管理日常运维例如服务器安装，更新，补丁以及本地重建和维护事例。

6. 与服务部门紧密合作满足其对IT基础设施的日常需求。


任职要求：

1. 维护日常各种操作的平稳运行。

2. 精通Microsoft 2008/2012，SQL Server 和用户操作系统（Win7/8）以及基于微软的各种应用程序。

3. 对虚拟环境（Hyper-V &VMware–ESXi）的配置、维护和管理有一定的经验。

4. 熟悉SAN网络存储、数据安全及备份。

5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。能应对在邮件，电话和面对面环境下与国外同事的日常交流。

6. 至少5年以上工作经验
