职位描述
Main tasks and targets:
-Maintain accuracy and on-time delivery of employee payroll, both office and retail store
-Assist C&B Manager for HC and personnel budgeting and provide related data
-Support in C&B annual programs such as salary survey, salary review, incentive review, annual performance review, and etc.
-Support and monitor C&B and HR related procedures of DTC (own retail), including store promotion, store staffing, store part-timer hiring & budgeting and etc.
-Regular C&B payment and personnel cost track
-C&B program administration and HR related policy execution
-Liaise with C&B related agencies and serve as the contact window of both internal and external.
-Provide consultation to employees on HR policy and legal aspects
-Other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree and at least 3 years related experience, familiar with payroll and hiring process of multi-national company is preferred
-Familiar with China labor law and relevant legislations
-Good numeral sense & numeral analysis
-Proficiency in MS Office applications
-A good team player and service oriented
-Well organized, detail-focus and result-driven
-Good communications and interpersonal skills
-Fluent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
