Main Objectives

1. To be the regional focal point for all Microsoft message system Active Directory,Exchange ,Lync for the Asia Pacific locations projects.
2. Coordinate Microsoft HP,NetAPP,EMC and VMware related issues including analyzing, implementations, and troubleshooting, monitoring support administration for Asia Pacific ZF locations within the framework of global and regional project
3. Coordinate the regional server team activities and represent the region in a global environment .Coordinate, along with the local IT and technical specialists, to provide documentation of the central and regional server services, systems and processes
4. Supporting business related IT issue and fulfill the SCO standard SLA

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and Develop the ZF Server environment major focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2010 and Lync support for the Asia Pacific locations
2. Coordinate the support issues, to provide 1st and 2nd level technical support through telephone and email to internal clients for troubleshooting and resolution of storage and backup problems in a global environment according the ZF standard IT regulation.
3. Deliver the ZF standard server service to the APA locations and develop regional, country service according the SLA
4. Escalate problems to 3rd -level support teams (internal and external) if unable to resolve at a local level
5. To assist in project implementations on AD ,Exchange and virtualization update/ upgrade needs and system testing
6. Monitoring of server, application, virtualization performance and backup utilization
7. Ensure that the IT inventories are regularly updated
8. Cooperate with different service center and support the region to deliver ZF net implementation project according the customer requirement.

Basic Requirements
? Minimum 5 years relevant server experience in a MNC Environment focus on MS platform and Active Directory Service Exchange and Lync
? University degree with major in Information Technology or related discipline
? Fluent spoken and written English,knowledge of German is an advantage
? Familiar with Microsoft Windows 2003,2008,2012
? Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory Service 2003 and 2008
? Familiar with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2010
? Good at Vmware vsphere and Cluster with FC,NFS
? Good at NetAPP FAS storage system and iSCSI, NFS,SAN protocol
? Good at EMC Networker and Symantec Backup Exec


Special Requirements
? Extensive exposure to Microsoft Active Directory Service, AD and Exchange implementations in a global environment.
? Experience in Microsoft Windows system (Windows 2008)
? Experience in implementation of VMware servers.
? Experience in projects, project management and its methods.
? Strong troubleshooting skill in hardware and software.
? Business process Knowledge and good Customer Oriented Services and Inter-personal skills
? Experienced Server Professional, ZF E-learning computers certificates, ZF PM Manual
? Willingness to travel.
