职位描述
Position Responsibilities
? Engaging and partnering with business leaders and hiring manager to identify all their hiring needs
? Develop and execute sustainable strategy (i.e. sourcing channels, promotions strategy, candidate engagement, vendor engagement and onboarding strategy etc.) to match the hiring requirements in a timely manner within budget constraints
? Execute the agreed sourcing/promotion strategy for assigned vacancies with appropriate organizations to ensure a quality applicant pool
? Create and maintain sustainable talent database for assigned functions for future talent needs
? Source, screen and engage with candidates with the professional manner to find the right quality talent for the company within the target timeline
? Keep timely follow up with both candidates and hiring manager in recruiting process
? Craft offer proposal for selected candidate with caring of both internal and external balance
? Maintain recruiting reports (i.e. recruiting cost, channels and interviews) and recruitment system timely and accurately
? Monitor the key metrics and make it aligns with Recruitment organization target
? Manage and feedback the external search firms/recruiting website performance through effective communication
? Involve in the new staff on-boarding arrangement, to make sure each new staff has the great on boarding experience;
? Designed and lead cross team recruiting projects and programs
? Partner closely within HR to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service
? Take on any additional HR projects and programs as allocated
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
? 8 years of previous human resources experience, especially focus on recruiting area in multination company
? Strong business writing skills, including executive summaries, presentations, reports, and proposals.
? Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment.
? Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
? Demonstrated great passion in talent research and talent engagement
? Service orientation and strong partnering skills
? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
? Be positive and proactive, and never give up attitude
? Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Fluent in both Mandarin and English
