Job Description
Shanghai Disney resort target to open at the end of 2015, the resort will initially be comprised of Shanghai Disneyland, a Magic Kingdom-Style Park that will blend classic Disney storytelling and entertainment tailored specifically for the people of China, two themed hotels, a large retail, dining and entertainment and entertainment venue, recreational facilities, a lake and associated parking and transportation hubs.
Responsibilities
· Maintain payment listing and Contract listing
· Finance document filing
· Assist in vendor communication
· Procedure coordination
· Project secretarial work
· Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Education Requirement
Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting or related. （大四或研二优先）
Basic Qualifications
· Good Communication and interpersonal skill
· Quick learning ability
· Good spoken and written in Chinese and English
· Team work spirit
· Good communication skills with good command of English and Mandarin.
· Computer literate and Competent in Microsoft office, especially EXCEL
· Hard-working, confident, active and can work independently, 4 days at least per week.
