Role Description
Provide end to end talent sourcing solutions to support hotel recruitment needs on hotel Finance Leader in Greater China. Responsible for working with Support Center Hotel Finance team and hotel GMs in filling hotel Finance Leaders vacancies, driving and implementing related talent resourcing programs, as well as support Finance related talent initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities –
- Work with internal HR leaders and Support Center hotel Finance team in defining working process for hotel Finance function and manage end-to-end support;
- Work with Support Center hotel Finance team in setting up and driving people planning process. Effectively track function key data and metrics, i.e. turnover, placement statistics, sources, etc.
- Develop and implement talent resourcing programs to build up talent pool via various channels, i.e. referral, hot job distribution, recapture , social media etc.;
- Work closely with Support Center hotel Finance team hotel GMs in continually build up, maintain and update talent database via active follow-up and approach;
- Continually expand Hot Candidate pool and improve placement rate;
- Role model in myHR usage and continue to drive hotel GMs’ myHR hiring related usage. Support the continuous myHR improvement
- Support internal function leader talent database build-up and talent review process. Work with talent development team and Corporate function team in tracking and placing internal Hi-Po to function leader roles;
- Provide function talent insights and embed Employer Branding to better attract talents
- Support talent resourcing hotel related projects/initiatives
Role Qualifications and Technical Skills
Required Skills –
Experience in Behavioral Interviewing and interpreting psychometric evaluations;
Experience in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System;
Ability to work across multiple business units;
Organized, systematic and good communication skills;
Demonstrated capability in impact and influence;
Strong customer focus orientation;
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
Qualifications and Experience -
Degree in Business Management or related;
Minimum 5 years recruitment experience with corporate or recruitment agency; Hotel industry experience is highly preferred;
Experienced in identifying quality external candidate and matching skill sets against role
