职位描述
Reporting to the General Manager, Shanghai Disney Resort, the Vice President of Shanghai Disney Resort marketing will lead the development, management and integration of consumer strategies that help drive SHDR's brand value and reach business goals.
Responsibilities include:
· Development and management of the SHDR long term brand and value proposition
· Development of pre-launch, launch and sustainment messaging strategy and plan development
· Partnership with Walt Disney Imagineering on new and expansion product marketing plan development
· Development and leading of marketing organization development, target prioritization, budget message/consumer positioning and value proposition
· Development of a clearly defined integrated communication plan and messaging strategy, delivered consistently and integrated with cast, sales/travel trade, and Public Affairs messaging
· Partner across The Walt Disney Company various business units to identify and leverage appropriate marketing synergy opportunities
Required qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· 15+ years experience in consumer marketing, communications and/or consumer target strategy development with a minimum of 5 years at the executive level
· Demonstrated self starter with strong leadership and teamwork skills with proven experience leading creative teams and content
· Demonstrated success as a team leader, motivator and mentor
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate all aspects of consumer oriented marketing and solid fundamental knowledge of applicable marketing disciplines
· Proven experience with development and implementation of business and marketing application
· Demonstrated management skills including strong financial acumen, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, data analysis, time management, setting and meeting organizational goals, and decision making
· Demonstrated analytical skills in pricing, marketing and communications
· Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
· Proven ability to influence, partner and collaborate with individuals at all levels
· Demonstrated strong problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to navigate in an environment of constant change
· Demonstrated strong positive partnering skills with ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative matrix organization
· Willingness to take risks and manage them intelligently, while working with a high level of integrity
· Demonstrated success marketing global brands in China
· Proven Chinese and English language proficiency, both written and oral
Desired qualifications:
· MBA degree
· 5+ experience at the Vice President level
· Demonstrated experience with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and/or The Walt Disney Company
· Demonstrated experience marketing a travel/leisure property in China
