Job Purpose
Assisting in office management
Job Responsibility
· Manage office management related work under the supervision of the manager
· Lead small office management work independently
· Manage all service providers according to SHDR's requirements and under the supervision of the manager
· Support the executions of office policies
· Liaise and work with other lines of businesses to execute the work
· Process payment orders
· Organize the office areas to ensure safe, tidy, and efficient working environment
· Produce regular reports for management
Qualification
Education:
? College degree or above, major in administration or secretary is preferable.
Experience:
? Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role in an MNC
? Project management experiences preferred
? Ability to work under pressure
? Multi-tasked
? Good initiative and self-motivated
? Personal integrity and honesty
? Service oriented
? Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
? Team player
? Good oral and written English skills
? Good computer skills
