职位描述
Running daily activities on service function inclusive of other technical works as requested or assigned by the superior or service coordinator.
Support the authorized service centers in the responsible area.
To perform the task of solving problems concerning full line products by repairing, commissioning, installation guiding and trouble shooting with abundant application and system knowledge to obtain the benefit of the company and the customer as well. To be able to provide customized scheme to solve problem of full line products.
Main Task:
To assist the superior the daily running and coordination of the task of the service function.
To ensure the satisfaction of the customers with the products of the company by means of effective and professional service work.
Fulfill the task of service function in site as well as in workshop/Office on schedule.
To be the lead of service team to conduct the site service.
To ensure rational working habits by optimum tools, equipment and method.
To ensure that the products for repair are examined thoroughly so that the cause for complaint can be stated and registered in a clear way.
To ensure that damaged parts get a close check for the reason of failure.
To fulfill measurement of pump system in site and collect data.
To prepare training materials and budget, to plan, arrange and implement the training internal and external service persons or customers on full line products.
To assist and work out adequate statistics on complaints and repair works for each type of product.
To prepare warranty cases, FAS and CCS report and follow the cases to close them.
To select local equivalent parts and local tools suppliers to solve urgent cases.
To ensure that the equipment is kept in a good and justifiable condition in respect of function and safety and that the measurement instruments is calibrated.
To advise customers whether a new pump, an exchange pump or repair will be better solution.
To provide technical support and administration to service centers to ensure that they provide the professional service implement their annual target.
To promote the preventative maintenance contract as well as spare parts.
To comply and ensure the observance of regulations, agreements and local arrangements.
To be equal to laws and regulations governing product safety, installations and operation directives.
To ensure the observance of superior goals for the function.
Other special tasks and projects when assigned by the supervisor or above.
JOB PROFILE
Education and Training
Diploma or degree holder in mechanical or electrical/electronic field
Good command in oral, read and written Chinese and English
Experiences
Used to solve technical problems and communicate with internal and external customer
5 year experience with pumps or control panels maintenance.
Experienced service engineer.
Personality
