Responsibility:

1. Monthly report: collect data and information from ERP system and prepare the monthly report for clients
2. DBS: update the DBS bank movement statement.
3. Invoice and AR report: issue invoice to clients and update the AR report on monthly basis
4. Client’s ERP: update client’s ERP record
5. Import cost settlement: arrange payment form imports goods, including oversea freight, customs duty and import VAT
6. Cash flow forecast: prepare cash flow forecast for clients
7. Customer budget: prepare budget for clients, and do analysis between actual and budget.
8. Regularization of contract: safe keep contracts, and remind the manager before the contract due
9. Pay foreign exchange: arrange payment to overseas clients
10. Stocktaking: help to manage the stocktaking for clients

Qualification:
A. College degree, major in finance is preferred.
B. With Assistant Accountant Certification, has 2 years financial management working experience.
C. Precise and serious with strong principles.
D. Good computer skills with basic English
