Responsibilities
We are looking for a strategic thought partner who is passionate about using analysis to drive recruitment related business decisions at all levels. This role will help tell the recruitment story by providing accurate and timely insights into hiring efforts across Disney China. An ideal candidate will thrive in a data rich environment where they will be responsible for extracting data from our HR recruitment system and transforming it into actionable analysis/reporting, dashboards, and forecasts that support the business needs of the recruitment organization. They will have a natural curiosity to identify and analyze trends to facilitate short and long term business decisions and improve performance results. To help achieve this, you will need to create and maintain consultative relationships throughout all client organizations and key partner groups including Finance, Operations, recruiters, and the broader HR organization to ensure integration and connection of information. The right candidate flourishes on blazing new paths in employee related research, developing complex modeling that serves business needs, and helping maximize the Company's investment in recruitment strategies.
Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent
? Minimum 4 years experience in an Analytical, Research, or Human Resources related field
? Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills
? Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn various software systems
? Prior experience with statistical software packages, SAP administration tools, and/or Microsoft suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Project)
? Ability to synthesize multiple data inputs to create an actionable story and reports for clients
? Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects with minimal supervision
? Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and react professionally to changing conditions
? Ability to work effectively with all levels of Cast and leaders to achieve project objectives.
? Prioritization of multiple interdependent projects while monitoring and communicating progress.
? Maintain client relationships via strong inter-personal and communication skills
? Independent follow thru on all commitments with minimum oversight
? Excellent client and/or Guest service skills
? Prior experience working within a team and intra-team environment
? Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Preferred Responsibilities
? Proven working experience with Database Management software and advanced statistical techniques.
? Demonstrated ability in strategic problem framing, issue identification, and the development of practical business solutions
? Prior experience delivering prepared reports and analysis to executive and/or high level audiences.
