职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

负责采埃孚在亚太区新工厂或新项目投建阶段的非生产物料以及服务的采购，内容包括采购机器设备，生产线，建筑施工，工具，备品备件，油品化学品，劳防用品，办公用品，IT产品，及各类服务等。
Non-production material and service purchasing during the new plants/projects set-up phase of ZF Asia Pacific, items include machine equipment, assembly line, construction, tools, spare parts, oils, chemicals, occupational safety, office products, IT and general services, etc.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容 Key responsibilities
1. 为亚太区各新项目提供非生产物料采购服务，包括分析、评定并整合内部用户部门的采购需求; 根据采购申请，进行询价和供应商选择。负责价格和条款谈判，采购合同的签订及执行;通过ERP系统下订单，并依据采购申请和报价发订单至供应商，跟踪订单直至完成。
Work on projects with different locations within Asia Pacific: Analyze, challenge and consolidate the internal customer needs. Request for quotations (RFQ) and identify suppliers according to requisitions; Negotiation on price and T&Cs; contracting and implementation; Place Purchasing Order (PO) in ERP system and release the PO to vendors according to PR
and quotation documents. Follow them to completion.
2. 确保物料的供应以支持项目的开展，优化成本和服务以提高采购部门的竞争力和用户满意度。
Ensure security of supply to support the projects and optimize cost and service in order to get competitive advantage and customer satisfaction.
3. 遵守采购流程，在授权范围内持续优化流程。
Comply with Purchasing Process; optimize the process with certain authority.
4. 管理供应商，建立核准供应商名录。
Supplier Management，build up Approved Supplier List (ASL).
5. 归纳和跟踪项目采购报告，
Consolidate and track project purchasing reports.
6. 完成项目成本节省目标。
Fulfill project cost saving targets.
7. 协助物料组完成物料整合框架协议的建立及实施。
Support Commodity Team for building up bundling frame contracts and implementation.

工作经历 Working experience
在跨国企业中有多年采购实践工作经验者优先
Preferable several years of experience in operational purchasing in multi-national companies.
教育水平 Education 大学水平 University degree
英语水平 English
流利的听说读写能力 fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
德语水平 German 无 None
计算机应用水平Computer
熟练运用掌握各种MS-Office办公软件 Proficiency in MS Office software

职位任职者需要展现的专业技术和能力 Professional skills and abilities

1. 熟悉采购流程，具有商务合同谈判能力。
Familiar purchasing process, capable in handling commercial contract, negotiation ability.
2. 熟悉汽车行业中的非生产物料和服务。
Familiar with non-production materials and services in automotive industry.
3. 了解SAP操作者优先。
Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
4. 供应商管理经验。
Experience of supplier management.
5. 与各层面进行良好沟通和协调的能力。
Communication and coordination skills at all levels.
6. 良好的数据分析能力。
Good data analysis skill.

特殊要求 Special Requirements

1. 具有新工厂采购项目经验者予以优先考虑。
Experiences to support new plant projects will be strong plus.
2. 有意愿在不同的工作地点开展阶段性（例如数月）的采购工作。主要为采埃孚在中国区各公司所在地。
Willingness to work for several months within the different locations required，where ZF has locations in China.
