职位描述
Position : Recruiting Specialist (Grade 28)
Line of Business : WDI
Department : HR
Location : Shanghai
Reports to (Title) : Director, Staffing, Greater China
Job Purpose
Support recruitment activities and provide effective and efficient recruitment services to meet business requirements on talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
? Provide professional level support in the selection and hiring of qualified personnel to LoBs in China, to make sure all recruitment activities in China are in line with Staffing policies and procedures
? Support whole recruiting activities in China including posting, screening, interviewing, offering, background check and on boarding
? Constantly improve business knowledge and provide consultation to hiring managers as a recruitment expertise on candidates' attraction and selection
? Support on Disney Career Portal and Applicants Tracking System project launch and implementation in China
? Interact with Business HR and C&B function on talent acquisition issues
? Manage recruitment related reports and provide suggestions /recommendations base on regular data analysis
? Involved in staffing projects as needed

Requirements
Education:
? University graduate
Experience:
? 4+ years working experience in HR field, minimum 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience
? 2+ years working experience in a multinational company
? Related recruitment experience in retail/FMCG/Corporate will be preferred
Knowledge:
? Good knowledge of targeted selection / behavior-based interview
? Basic HR knowledge on C&B, China labor contract law

? Good communication skills
? Good negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
? Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a highly time-critical and high pressure environment
? Good customer-oriented mindset
? Self driven and result oriented
? Good PC skills in windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power-point)
? Proficient in Mandarin and English
