岗位职责：
1、负责软件项目开发，直接负责项目实施的进度、质量；
2、负责和参与产品的设计和开发工作。


任职要求：
1、Java基础扎实，代码风格良好，熟悉J2EE标准，熟悉面向对象反射和设计模式；
2、精通JSP、Servlet、JSTL；
3、熟练使用开源技术以及框架（Spring，Struts2，ibatis，Hibernate，jsp，Lucence，CXF）等；
4、熟练使用MySQL，SQLserver，Oracle数据库其中的一种；
5、熟悉XML、HTML、Javascript（Jquery）的使用和应用开发以及 AJAX技术；
6、熟悉Linux环境以及操作，SVN的使用，熟悉Tomcat，Apache，Nginx等开源的服务器；
7、积极好学，能够及时关注业界最新技术动态和发展方向。
