岗位职责：
1. 根据公司提供的网络平台，与线上用户及时的进行在线交流，解答线上用户的留学问题，让用户留下联系方式；
2. 为客户提供专业的课程及留学咨询服务，公司可提供所有培训；
3. 认真完成部门制定的目标，配合部门主管处理相关工作。

任职要求：
1. 打字速度在60字/分钟以上，能够熟练操作各种办公软件；
2. 具备良好的语言沟通能力以及顾客至上的服务意识；
3. 有客服经验者，尤其是有留学培训行业网络客服经验者优先。
