岗位职责：
1、参与私募投资基金的方案设计、募集、设立、运作和管理等工作；
2、负责管理基金的日常投资管理工作，跟踪基金投资业绩；
3、负责进行基金投资的前期调研和基金投资的分析报告；
4、维护和基金投资者的关系；
5、负责私募基金所投资项目的退出及基金的分红、清算等业务。

任职资格：
1、法律、经济、金融等相关专业本科以上学历，英语良好；
2、3年以上私募基金从业经验，具备私募相关法律、财务、投资等知识和一定的金融投资分析和风险评估能力；
3、有投资者关系管理经验，熟悉投资工具和方法；
4、语言表达、沟通能力强，具有较好文字和组织能力；
5、五官端正，能适应出差。
