(Senior) Manager, Retail Measurement Service (RMS)
Location: Beijing

THE POSITION
As a Senior Manager / Manager in Retail Measurement Service, you will lead a client service team to manage and service the assigned clients in order to maintain client base so as to achieve planned financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and Develop relationships with current clients with a plan to cross sell and introduce new services
- Ensure maximum client satisfaction through high level of client service standards in line with client expectations
- Lead the client servicing team and ensure that staffs are trained to handle client requirements
- Monitor research projects including preparation, approval and delivery of proposals, reports and presentations to ensure quality, schedule and overall customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
- Above 5 years FMCG/Service/Retail (marketing / sales) or research-related industry experience desired, better with 3 years people management experience at supervisor or team leader level
- Strong market sense, logical approach
- Smart, a quick learner
- Excellent presentation skill in English
- Very Good Influencing & Persuading Skills
- Able to work under high pressure
- BA/BS Required (MBA desirable)
