职位描述
工作描述：
1、熟悉国内旅游市场，通过邮件，电话等方式用英语与客人进行沟通，了解客户旅游需求；
2、根据客户需求有针对的提供旅游产品；
3、独立完成客人的行程设计，及报价；
4、整合资源，为客人提供优质行程及高品质服务；
5、处理客人团上的应急事件，维持客户满意度；
6、对团的利润负责；
任职要求：
1、英语书写及口语流利（必备条件）；
2、专科以上学历。
3、具有较强的沟通能力，表达能力强，工作细致认真，具有亲和力；
4、具有较高的综合素质，和客户服务意识；
5. 性格积极开朗，诚信敬业，领悟能力强，具备较强的团队意识及抗压能力；
欢迎优秀应届毕业生加入。
绩效工资
底薪+提成+年终奖金。
其他福利
周一至周五上班，8小时不定时工作制，法定假日，带薪年假，每月多休一天，五险一金
