工作职责：
1. 确保运作符合环境、健康和安全的各项法律法规；
2. 确保产品的整体质量达到或超过客户预期；
3. 促进工作改进，确保按时交付客户订单；
4. 促进项目的有效开展，不断降低产品成本；
5. 带领执行新产品项目，包括质量策划，产品检测和认证；
6. 达到/超过财务计划确定的盈利目标；
7. 带领/参与制定和执行资金及财务计划，以保证公司的成功和持续运营；
8. 通过绩效管理、指导、培训、员工发展和职业规划等，确保员工高敬业度；
9. 确保有效的绩效管理制度，以实现业务目标；
10. 带领安全、质量、交付、成本和员工敬业度等方面的持续改进。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，主修机械设计或其他相关专业；MBA优先考虑；
2. 8年以上机械制造行业从业经验，至少3年以上负责工厂运营；
3. 优秀的与人沟通能力，以人为本，高校沟通，很强的影响力；
4. 结果导向，多任务管理能力；
5. 积极主动、正面思考、乐于和善于学习；
6. 良好的管理能力；
7. 成熟、忠诚、团队合作精神、能承受压力；
8. 英语阅读和写作流利者优先考虑。


Job responsibilities:

1. Ensure operational conformance to all laws and regulations on environment, health and safety.
2. Ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations on overall quality.
3. Drive improvement efforts to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
4. Drive effective projects to continuously reduce product cost.
5. Lead execution of NPD projects after design completion, including supply chain design, quality planning, product testing and certification.
6. Meet or exceed profitability targets as established in the financial plan.
7. Lead/participate in the formulation and execution of capital and financial plans to ensure business success and continuity.
8. Ensure a high level of employee engagement through performance management, coaching, training, development and career counseling.
9. Ensure an effective Performance Mangement System to support achievement of business goals and objectives.
10. Lead Continuous Improvement efforts in safety, quality, delivery, cost and employee engagement.

qualifications Request:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Mechanical Design or related discipline, MBA preferred
2. More than 8 years working experience in Mechanical industry and At least 3 year full responsibility for factory operation
3. Excellent inter-personal capacity with self esteem, sincere people orientation, influencing skill and efficient communication.
4. Result oriented and able to manage multi tasks.
5 Taking initiatives, positive thinking, willing and quick to learn.
6. Good management skills.
7. Mature, loyal, team player, can work under pressure.
8. Fluent English reading and writing is a plus and preferred.
