岗位职责：
与目标客户沟通，获得高质量客户名片，通过电话沟通了解客户需求, 初步了解学员&申请人的需求，通过电话向客户介绍公司服务项目和优势；
学习了解出国考试&留学咨询专业知识，不断开发新客户，维护、巩固及拓展老客户；
根据客户清单，主动联系客户，通过电话邀约潜在客户到公司进行当面咨询，达成任务指标；
建立和维护客户档案，预约并跟踪来访客户；
对公司各项市场营销活动产生的数据资源进行追踪；

任职资格：
1. 大专以上学历，性别、专业不限；
2. 普通话标准，声音亲切，口齿清晰；
3. 有较好的沟通能力和说服能力，较强的学习能力；
4. 有较强的销售意识和销售技巧，业绩导向和目标导向性强；
5. 有销售经验或教育培训行业工作经验优先；
6. 热爱教育培训事业，具有敬业精神和良好的职业操守。
