职位描述
Responsibilities:
? 30% Business Leader
o Partnering closely with AP R&D Leadership, assists in the execution of the HR/People Plan vision, direction, and strategy in alignment with the global R&D business & people plan.
o Utilizes business/industry knowledge and HR principles and practices to understand business imperatives and people impacts of the functional, BU or product line strategy impacting the R&D job family in Asia Pacific
o Coordinates and aligns delivery of all HR services and solutions – Sourcing strategy, Recruitment, Learning & Development - for AP R&D job family by working closely with HR Operations, COEs, and other Business & Function HR Leaders in AP.
o Strongly collaborates for the development of the AP R&D people budget.
? 30% Talent Leader
o Strong collaboration with EMEA/AP Client HR manager and AP R&D leadership on the design, execution and oversight of key HR processes & programs for AP R&D job family talent management & development.
o Supports the movement of resources across the businesses in alignment with AP R&D strategic workforce & succession planning. Will work with managers & employees to align and match career development interests to opportunities.
o
? 20% Change Leader & Culture Steward
o Assists with the implementation of organizational changes.
o Implements actions to shape the desired culture and engagement which include measuring and monitoring alignment
? 20% Location HR responsibility for the R&D Centre in Beijing:
o Help facilitate the regional RDLT meeting.
o Responsible for the follow up and quality of the training plans at individual and team level, including need analysis, coaching of managers, quality survey, execution on the training plans in collaboration with China/AP learning and development.
o Responsible for the implementation of some of the HR processes (f.i. compensation, performance management, development, engagement process, etc) and local team projects
Qualifications:
o University Bachelor Degree,
o Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources in multinational companies, including hands on expertise in the area of recruitment and learning and development
o Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines and drive results
o Strategic and customer oriented and has a 'can-do' attitude
o Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
o Strong analytical and negotiation,influencing and collaboration skills
o Good working knowledge of full spectrum of HR
o Strong ability and capability to learn new processes / methodologies
o Strong attention to detail
o Ability to travel up to 15%
o Fluent in English and Mandarin
