岗位职责：1、负责公司艺人经纪事务和相关推广活动；
2、为艺人量身定制发展规划；
3、完善/制定艺人经纪的管理制度、预算制度；
4、负责维护和拓展与艺人经纪相关的各资源关系（剧组、媒体、广告、公关、组委会等）；
5、负责新艺人的发掘和洽谈签约工作。

任职要求：1、本科以上学历，2年以上艺人经纪相关工作经验，有相关职业证书者优先；
2、熟悉影视行业，拥有广泛资源（剧组、媒体、广告、公关、各组委会等）；
3、为人诚实守信，性格开朗，有良好的沟通能力、组织能力和团队协作精神，并具备优秀的职业道德素养；
4、工作踏实，思维敏捷，抗高压，协调公司与艺人之间的各项事宜。
