职位描述

Position: Manager Marketing & Communication

Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

1.
? Design, create and supervise VCRA’s product marketing and marketing communication strategy
? Align the product marketing and marketing communication strategy
? Guide and control the subsequent product marketing and product cycle-planning and synchronize all business disciplines affected, i.e. product management, development, finance, sales and marketing communications
2.
? Analyse and evaluate product-, market- and competitive development-trends and conversion of customer-, market- or trend-related product innovations into product requirements, product concepts and content proposals in order to ensure product differentiation of Volkswagen Original Accessories and Volkswagen Lifestyle products
? Manage an effective product and price positioning, product differentiation and communication strategies and ensure product unique selling points (USP’s)
? Manage life cycle management covering pricing, product content and sales potential
? Ensure product differentiation of R-Line & Exclusive model content and RIM’s business
? Prepare and publish product data sheets (PSB’s) to J.V.’s on time
? Align and agree R-Line and Exclusive models / RIM’s project kick off
3.
? Develop, present and execute a communication strategy to elevate the Volkswagen R, R-Line, Exclusive, RIM’s, Volkswagen Original Accessory, Volkswagen Lifestyle and Volkswagen (China) R & Accessory Co., Ltd.
? Utilization and strategic emphasis within the product cycle planning
? Build excellent relations with marketing and event agencies in order to develop an effective advertising planning, improve brand reputation, product awareness of Volkswagen Original Accessories and Volkswagen Lifestyle as well as Volkswagen (China) R & Accessory Co., Ltd. image and awareness
4.
? Assure A-Class auto show participation; e.g. VCRA’s integration/involvement with Volkswagen Original Accessory and Volkswagen Lifestyle products in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou auto shows
? Ensure integrated communications alignment
? Meet all local/global integration deadlines
? Plan, create and execute VCRA’s exhibition planning, e.g. All in Tuning, automechanica, …
? Plan, create, implement and execute VCRA’s event planning; e.g. China Wörthersee

5.
? Define VCRA’s online strategy; e.g. homepage, E-Commerce, online newsletter, …
? Supervise VCRA’s homepage; e.g. maintaining, frequent updating, … and continuously improving
? Develop and supervise the creation of VCRA’s monthly newsletter, maintain and refresh frequently content
? Steer VCRA’s E-Commerce provider; e.g. from Volkswagen (China) R & Accessory Co., Ltd. flagship store management by EFunbai to auctions/event driven sales campaigns by VIP.com
? Ensure and synchronize all communication channels proposed including online, social media, blogs, etc.

? Ensure VCRA’s CI/CD requirements to be met in all communication platforms materialized
? Provide CI/CD concepts, architecture and furniture to sales channel partner

? Define and approve all point of sales (PoS) materials: e.g. catalogues, brochures, flyer,...
? Steer the introduction of point of sales (PoS) materials
? Assure point of sales (PoS) material on time availability in sales channel partner premises
8.
? Take ownership of VCRA’s PPEC; e.g. commercialize VCRA’s PPEC’s for event or other purposes to third parties
? Materialize VCRA’s PPEC for internal events and other activities
?
9. Manage Marketing budget planning & forecasting

? Create unique culture and sustainable growth working environment within the company
? Manage functional assignments to staff and monitor in terms of timing, cost and quality
? Define goals for assigned staff
? People development and motivation
? Responsible for advancing the performance of all team activities
?
11.
? Carry out specific duties related to the post holders’ roll according to his/her skills and experience
? Specify and monitor environmental, health and safety measures
? Advise other business disciplines and third parties (VWAG subsidiaries, Sales Channel Partners and other business partner) on request and in consultation with the parties connected

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:
? Master in Business Administration or equivalent

Personal skills:
Open, enthusiastic, encouraging, creative and challenging – must be able to get out of the comfort zone!
? Social Competencies: Communication and Negotiation, Teamwork, Customer Orientation, Planning and Organizing, Flexibility
? Personal Competencies: Performance Orientation, Taking Responsibility, Initiative & Motivation, Problem Solving, Innovation
? Technical Competencies: Brand Product Knowledge, Sales Management Knowledge, After-sales Management Knowledge, Marketing Knowledge, Budget Controlling

Working experience (in years):
? 5 years of working experience in reputable OEM / Importer within the automotive industry and Agency level with personnel responsibility

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
? English and Mandarin Chinese are essential, German advantageous
? IT: Microsoft Office
