职位描述
Position: Manager Sales Organization
Location: Beijing
Your Responsibilities:
1.
? Identify, define and supervise VCRA’s sales channel strategy (e.g. VGIC, JVs, Dealer Group(s), Auto Tuner(s), E-Commerce, etc.)
? Define, approve and supervise VCRA’s retail strategies (Volkswagen Boutique, VW Station concept, ...)
? Define, approve and supervise VCRA’s internal sales, employee sales, ... strategies
? Develop and maintain a “Best in Class” sales channel organization considering quantitative and qualitative sales channel coverage
? Ensure maximum quantitative and qualitative market exploitation (e.g. network analysis, planning and development)
? Assure a transparent sales channel partner assessment & nomination process (compliance conform)
2.
? Ensure sales channel partner profitability and franchise
attractiveness (e.g. business plan creation, evaluation and verification)
? Define, establish and introduce sales channel partner policies (e.g. CI/CD usage, system usage, data ownership,… and align the overall sales channel strategy with related sales channel business partner
? Discuss, agree and approve sales channel partner contracts

? Supervise the sales channel partner setup construction progress and ensuring CI/CD and architectural compliance
? Define and implement CRM system and customer satisfaction strategies and tools
? Oversee CRM and customer satisfaction development
? Keep and maintain ownership on sales channel partner related customer data
? Define training requirements among sales channel partner

? Incorporate a business model collaborating closely with the Volkswagen Academy
? Define and approve high quality training concepts for Technical-, Non-technical and Commercial (Sales) Trainings
? Develop and Implement a comprehensive training support program (e.g. certificates, etc.)
? Supervise training programs according to the training plans
? Assure overall training quality and develop improvement plans
5.
? Analyse sales channel partner network and competitive environment
? Document a transparent view on competitive sales networks and performance
? Develop and implement performance improvement measurement method and systematic, incl. frequent reporting
? Manage sales channel partner budget planning & forecasting
6.
? Create unique culture and sustainable growth working environment within the company
? Manage functional assignments to staff and monitor in terms of timing, cost and quality
? Define goals for assigned staff
? People development and motivation
Responsible for advancing the performance of all team activities
7.
? Carry out specific duties related to the post holders’ roll according to his/her skills and experience
? Specify and monitor environmental, health and safety measures
? Advise other business disciplines and third parties (VWAG subsidiaries, Sales Channel Partners and other business partner) on request and in consultation with the parties concerned
Our Requirements:
Necessary education:
? Master in Business Administration or equivalent
Personal skills:
Open, enthusiastic, encouraging, creative and challenging – must be able to get out of the comfort zone
? Social Competencies: Communication and Negotiation, Teamwork, Customer Orientation, Planning and Organizing, Flexibility
? Personal Competencies: Performance Orientation, Taking Responsibility, Initiative & Motivation, Problem Solving, Innovation
? Technical Competencies: Brand Product Knowledge, Sales Management Knowledge, After-sales Management Knowledge, Marketing Knowledge, Dealer Management Knowledge, Budget Controlling
Working experience (in years):
? 5 years of working experience in automotive sector of related functions with personnel responsibility
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
? English and Mandarin Chinese are essential, German advantageous
? IT: Microsoft Office
