职位描述
Position: Marketing Product Mkt. Accessories & Lifestyle
Location: Beijing
Your Responsibilities:
1.
? Drive and coordinate accessory and lifestyle business extensions to its maximum in the best interest of VCRA
2.
? Analyze market competition, customer segments, customer target groups, product content and price development
? Analyze product deviation to competition in order to assure market unique selling points (USP’s) and market oriented pricing
? Convert customer-, market- or trend-related product innovations into product requirements
? Identify additional and innovative products with relevance to VW Brand
? Implement market specific and/or sales driven requirements into product concepts and content proposals
3.
? Develop and propose a product strategy in terms of positioning, product and price for original technical accessories, original alloy wheels and original lifestyle products, periodically rolling over 3 years periods
? Prepare, present and release Product Data Sheets (PSB) to initiate project kickoffs of requested products
? Manage product life cycle considering pricing, product content and sales potential
? Synchronize and align product launch and product information/data; e.g. unique selling points (USP’s) with marketing product communications
4.
? Align with J.V.s R-Line and/or Exclusive product launch campaigns in order to assure product availability
5.
? Explore, analyze and propose Co-Branding and Trade ware products with business potential to strengthen Volkswagen (China) R & Accessory Co., Ltd., VW Brand image and awareness
6.
? Specify and monitor environmental and health and safety measures.
? Advise other business units and third parties (VW AG/subsidiaries/cooperation partners) on request and in consultation with the parties concerned
? Carry out specific duties relating to the post-holder's role according to his/her skills and experience

Working experience (in years):
? 5 years of working experience in automotive industry, prefered on OEM level in product marketing and/or product management
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
? English and Mandarin Chinese are essential, German advantageous
? IT: Microsoft Office
