职位描述
Position: Supplier Management
Location: Beijing
Main goals and objectives:
1. Improve quality level and reliability of suppliers
2. Archive top level delivery performances
3. Secure demanding for ramp-up at supplier level, mitigate the capacity risks.
4. Improve significantly supplier’s productivity & global cost
5. Contribute to extended Supply Chain integration
6. Manage overall risks on supplier quality
Your Responsibilities:
1. Supplier relationship management
? Improve supplier relationship management by periodic supplier reviews according to each supplier’s potential impact and historic performance
? Ensure the high quality of received goods from qualified suppliers by implementing and automating regular supplier performance monitoring and reporting
? Improve communication throughout the organization by utilizing one central repository for all supplier information, from contact information to results of phone calls to E-mails (incoming and outgoing)
? Ensure all quality requirements, such like IOS, GB and so on
2. Supplier performance management
? Detailed monitoring/follow-up of production activities (including process/cleaning validation, campaign preparation and summary report writing)
? Perform process data analysis, process modeling and statistical process control in order to increase process understanding
? Change Management: Support/Evaluate supplier-initiated change projects
? Monitor supplier capacity as well as inventory levels where applicable
? Measure & Communicate Performance: Monitor and communicate supplier performance against established metrics. Develop improvement plans for supplier performance in collaboration with Procurement Operations team
? Supplier Improvement: Ensure suppliers meet all compliance requirements. Partner with Procurement Operations and Supplier Quality to improve supplier performance
? Carry out specific duties related to the post holders’ roll according to his/her skills and experience

Working experience (in years):
? 5 years of working experience in automotive sector of related functions with personnel responsibility
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
? English and Mandarin Chinese are essential, German advantageous
? IT: Microsoft Office
