Position: Treasurer

Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

1.
? Ensure timely and accurate daily cash and bank operation and reporting
? Process VCRA’s payments (incl. foreign currency payment) on a timely basis
? Assure sufficient cash supply to meet requests of cash reimbursement
? Prepare daily cash journal, check journal and bank note journal
? Prepare monthly reconciliation of cash on hand and cash in bank with variance resolved
? Prepare liquidity plan on a monthly basis, prepare and distribute monthly liquidity report to the relevant parties
? Maintain effective and efficient interaction with bank
? Obtain the most updated information / data on regulations and policies of banking (incl. foreign currency) and optimize daily operation accordingly
? Obtain the most update information / data on banking products, analyses and create proposals for the relevant parties
? Prepare the documents required by bank for daily business on a timely basis

? Ensure effective and efficient liquidity management
? Balance bank accounts to ensure sufficient liquidity for different purposes; e.g. merchandise purchase and sale, overhead spending
? Propose monthly foreign currency payment plan and prepare the related payment documents required by bank
? Prepare bidding report of foreign currency sales and valuation report on exchange rate offered by bank, ensure the favorable exchange rate is applied for each transaction
? Implement hedging proposals accurately and timely
? Follow up interest rate change and optimize interest income management in daily work

3.
? Monitor and optimize treasury processes
? Prepare answers to queries of out-going and incoming payment instantly
? Distribute payment notice to request person after payment transfer done
? Make proper plan of cash picking-up for request persons based on tracking their requests timely

4.
? Carry out specific duties related to the post holders’ roll according to his/her skills and experience
? Specify and monitor environmental, health and safety measures
? Advise other business disciplines and third parties (VWAG subsidiaries, Sales Channel Partners and other business partner) on request and in consultation with the parties concerned

education:
? University degree

Working experience (in years):
? At least 2 years’ experience in treasury area, working experience in multinational company is preferred

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
? English and Mandarin Chinese are essential, German advantageous
? IT: Microsoft Office
