职位描述
Software Development Manager/Leader(Java)
Qualifications:
1. Be familiar with Java development skill;
2. Be familiar with software development cycle;
3. At least 6 solid years of Java development
4. Experience in both development and test management
5. Fluent in English or Japanese
Job Description:
1. Be responsible to provide direction for the overall initiation, planning, execution, and reporting of project within their area of responsibility
2. Make sure that all projects are adhering to the Software Development Lifecycle
3. Responsible for work requests through implementation by assigning resources and communicating status with all interested parties
4. Provides comprehensive reporting and status back to management and clients
Job Responsibilities:
Training and Support Duties:
1. Act as the member of IT support team in case of any business system problems
2. Train new staff the proper usage of the IT applications system and related equipment
3. Establish the recruitment of staff and the new staff training plan
4. Organize team member for technology training and the project related training regularly
Application Administration and Maintenance Duties
1. Be responsible for the operation and administration of the Business System. This includes the user administration, the maintenance of referential data, etc
2. Act as the contact person and interface to the second level support of the Business System
3. Perform the technical and functional change and release management of the Business System
Project Management and Development Duties
1. Plan
a) Confirmation of project, including goals, objectives, the scope, quality, specifications, time and cost, and set up overall plan and stage plan based on these factors
b) Ensure the project process/activity meet the defined standards and criterion
c) Ensure all plan have got the approbate of Supervisor、client and project team member
2. Organization
a) Organize the necessary resource for project
b) Organize the project team and set the authority of each team member, Handle the relation of team member
c) Establish the communication for internal/external project, Handle the relation with other corresponding project
d) Schedule the user training
3. Management
a) Establish develop environment, reasonable schedule project team member’s job, find and deal with the project problem in time
b) Ensure the project gain goal and the quality meet defined standard in budget
c) Track and check the quality and progress rate of each member’s job in every stage during project develop lifecycle
