Business Development Manager - agent
(for Australia Retail Banking)
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in business/finance/commerce or marketing
- 3-5 years financial services sales/relationship experience; familiar with oversea study & immigration stuff.
3year plus extensive relationship management experience preferably within large organisations with senior stakeholders; Experience in developing a multi-level approach with senior management and frontline within large organizations
- Demonstrated relationship management and influencing skills
- Experience supporting & managing Change
- Self motivated & ability to manage autonomously
- Good communication skills, overseas study in Australia or New Zealand would be a plus
- Knowledge of and an interest in the Australia education and business migration industry
- Knowledge of the step-by-step mechanism of student and migrant visa application process

The primary focus of this role is the operational and ongoing management of key referral channels for IBS China. These Partner & Agent relationships are critical to maintain Retail customer acquisition growth to ANZ Australia. Incumbent is accountable for growth in these channels and will require strong relationship management and business acumen. Focus is on acquiring new target migrant & international student customers and associated pre-departure FUM through core Retail banking establishment in Australia.
The key is to deliver excellent customer service and ensure co-collaborative business development relationships are developed and maintained with external referral partners/businesses. You will also ensure co-collaborative business development relationships are developed and maintained between Distribution counterparts in-country, APEA and New Zealand. Strict adherence to policies and procedures is expected of you.
