AVP, Change Support - 变革支持助理副总裁

Impact on the Business
This is a key role in the delivery of the projects associated with the change initiatives led by HSSO

-Ensuring the operational readiness of change initiatives
-Validate the quality of work being executed
-Ensure the benefit realisation of Change
-Ensure all business functions are aware of those key project deliverables and the hand-offs between work streams and functions;

Customers / Stakeholders
-Mentor Operational Managers through life-cycle of change
-Ensure the changed process is in place and aftercare support is effective
-Identify potential new areas of opportunity for consideration
-Prepare Monthly Change Steering Committee papers and Fortnightly Status reports

Leadership & Teamwork
The Transformation team is a collection of specialist individual contributors located globally.

-Ability to provide guidance to all levels in the organisation and obtain engagement for the change project
-Ensure engagement with teammates on areas of expertise when required
-Maintain communication with team members to support teammates, share best practice and experiences
-Work effectively with as (and with) the Project Manager, Project Lead, Work stream members and in building a relationship of trust built on collaboration and support;

Operational Effectiveness & Control
-Strong understanding of FIM, BRCM, and local regulatory requirements as they relate to each project
-Establish, own and maintain the ownership of delivery of different projects within set timelines.
-Establishment and support of a project management framework (structure project folders, templates, action, issue and risk reporting, and project standards)
-Look to improve project reporting and reduce re-work


Requirements:
-Understanding of Change Management theory, principles, and practicalities
-Sound Knowledge of the Securities Services Industry and how it operates
-Specialist understanding of one or more operational areas within the Securities Services Industry
-Ability to explain difficult concepts to a broad cross section of staff
-Ability to interface comfortably with colleagues at all levels within the Bank
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Excellent influencing and coaching skills
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Open Workbench/Clarity
-Ability to take full ownership for deliverables and to work on own initiative
-Willingness to travel as required
