工作职责
? 能够独立完成问卷设计、数据分析、报告撰写等工作，能够组织各个部门紧密合作
? 日常项目管理，能够帮助研究经理在项目执行前与整个执行过程中对项目质量和进度进行控制，并进行内外部的沟通与协调
? 辅助部门经理进行业务拓展

职位要求
? 至少2年市场研究行业工作经验，对神秘访客和客户满意度研究有一定的认识，从事过汽车行业或在汽车经销商服务满1年以上者优先
? 本科及以上学历，汽车、统计学或市场营销方面专业优先
? 思维清晰，具有较强的逻辑性和解决问题的能力
? 普通话和英语交流
? 掌握一定技术和研究方法的专业知识
? 熟练使用Office等办公软件.

Responsibilities
? Be capable to lead questionnaire design, data analyses, report writing. Closely involve various parties when necessary
? Daily project management and support line manager to control project quality and progress from pre- to post-field work in terms of project management, internal and external communications.
? Assist line manager in business development

Qualifications
? At least 2 years of market research experience in Mystery Shopping and Customer Satisfaction, preferably in Automotive industry OR at least 1 years in Automotive dealership services
? Bachelor degree, preferably in Automotive/Statistics/Marketing
? Strong logical and problem solving skills
? Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
? Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
? Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
