岗位职责：
1、开发和维护公司平台；
2、按计划完成产品模块的代码编写，产品模块测试，保证代码质量。

职位要求：
1、计算机软件相关专业毕业，英语四级及以上；
2、熟悉java，熟悉MVC编程思想；
3、了解并熟练掌握JSP、SERVLET、XML等软件开发技术；
4、熟练使用Struts2、Spring、Hibernate等开发框架；
5、熟练掌握WEB应用客户端技术，特别是常用的JS组件库如Extjs、jquery等；
6、熟练使用Tomcat等应用服务器；
7、熟练使用MySQL、Oracle、SQLServer等主流数据库；
8、具备良好的代码编写习惯，具有书面表达、文档编写、团队合作和沟通能力，具有高度的责任心，能够正确简练的表达自身的想法和思路；
9、参加过Java相关培训，有基于JAVA平台的B/S架构开发经验者优先。
