Responsibilities:
? Improve and optimize Q&FS work process
? Execute, collect, analyze governmental policy or industrial regulations, regarding food additives and food
? Maintain company’s formula management and costing system to support creation activities and customer service team
? Approve the new product to secure the regulatory compliance. Transfer product between site to site on request
? Establish the specification, test methods and inspection plan for raw material, intermediate and finished products
? Handle the out of specification raw material and finished product. Give instruction of action plan of the OOS
? Work closely with QA team to build up comprehensive and accurate technical data in formula management system including products’ specification, MSDS etc…
? Support commercial team in product technical data management and customer complaints processing
? Cooperate with Purchasing and Accounting Department to gain precise raw material cost and update in system promptly
? Tasks assigned by the manager

Qualifications:
? Food science degree, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, medicineor other relevant qualifications to bachelor level or higher
? 5 years working experience and min. 2 years QA work experience in Food manufactures, Food additive or pharmacy industry
? Own strong communication and coordination skill
? Computer literacy – Excel, Word, SAP, L Notes etc.
? Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and writing
? Integrity, Adaptability, Customer Focus, Working effectively with others, Continuous improvement
