Location: Beijing Duration: 6 months
Starting date: 01.03.2015
Position: Intern at General Secretariat
The General Secretariat works at the interface of different departments and the board of management. Tasks include the coordination of steering committees, Event Management related to President’s Office, visits of board members, directors and government. It also deals with special projects in the fields of culture, sports, science and knowledge management.
Your Responsibilities:
? Support of the General Secretariats’ daily work
? Organization and coordination of decision-making bodies
? Planning and support of various events, e.g. car shows
? Communication across different departments in China and abroad
Our Requirements:
? Major in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar study area
? Fluent in English, German is a plus
? Clear and structured working attitude
? Independent, good teamwork and communication skills
? Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
? Chinese native
