Role and Opportunity:
We are looking for a high energy, experienced, self starting developer who can help us incubate and deliver on Acer's changing investment in this space. You will be working with a team on the Android platform and on creating internet application. You will be working on some of the latest technologies and platform that Acer is building. If you have worked on mobile phone and comfortable with Java, have some experience with Android, Google API or Internet application development, and are interested in investing in your career, then this is the place to be!
Qualifications:
Strong track record shipping great software in all phases of development.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Java programming.
Experience in mobile phone or embedded system is preferred.
Familiar with TCP/IP networking, JavaScript and web services is preferred.
Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields strongly preferred; B.S. in same required.
