-For Taxes, we are looking for a Senior Consultant.
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
-Task
-Perform tax governance role regarding designated Siemens enterprise’s tax risk control and optimize tax control/handling process
-Determine significant tax return filing positions and signoff tax filings of designated Siemens enterprise/Corporate Depts, including but not limited to CIT, VAT, BT, etc.
-Provide tax consultation to Siemens Corporate Depts’s daily operation/business model/process optimization, etc.
-Cooperate with various Siemens departments/functions for problem solving, including tax audit, tax inspection, business operation establishment, etc.
-Lobby for preferential tax treatment/tax positions clarifications/tax audit defense
-Provide tax trainings related to tax positions and management
-Capable for handling TP and/or IIT related tasks
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Knowledge:
-CPA/CTA or other accounting / tax qualification preferred
-With IIT experiences in priority
-Good Mandarin and English skills
Experience:
-4-5 years either in big 4 or MNCs, tax department, in both big 4 and MNCs preferred
Education:
-Bachelor or above. Major in Tax/Finance preferred.

-Siemens Taxes provides policy guidelines, technical support and technical supervision for the member companies on daily tax work, and make tax review on a regular basis. We have dedicated tax teams in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Nanjing. We strengthen communication with regional tax departments through Siemens Global Tax Management Network and learn advanced experience of tax administration from other countries. We also attach importance to exchanging experience with tax authorities and tax counterparts, and actively participate in seminars/workshops organized by external professional organizations to improve our expertise.
