- For our Digital Factory Division in CHANGZHOU,we are looking for a BSAES Production Manager 北京西门子汽车电驱动系统（常州）有限公司 生产经理.

What are my responsibilities?

- Setup, optimize, all the processes for production and assembly of inverters/motors

- Setup, optimize all processes for production support, i.e. tools management

- Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface and partners

- Define the production goal and target, oversee the day-to-day production activities and drive the whole production team to achieve the targets

- People Management: Selecting, managing, assessing training and promoting employees, to ensure long-term success with motivated employees

- Actively drive the production team on continues improvement on product quality and production efficiency.

- Provide supervision and support to the production supervisor(s).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related.

- Minimum 3-5 years production manager working experience, preferably in motor/inverter or other related automotive electronics manufacturing company.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good ability of English Speaking & Writing

- Mature and receptive attitude.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Siemens AG, a global player in the field of electric drive trains and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), one of the major Chinese carmakers, will join efforts to bring further green automotive drive-technologies to the China market. The two companies signed a joint venture at the 2014 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition and outlined their plan to utilize Siemens’ electric drive train components in a range of BAIC vehicles.

- The JV, Beijing Siemens Automotive E-Drive Systems Co., Ltd., Changzhou will manufacture components for the electric drive-train including inverters and electric motors, which will be equipped by BAIC and other carmakers. The new electric drive-trains consist of a safer and higher power density inverters and highly energy efficient motors. In 2014 the prototype and small volume production will start. In a new Changzhou based factory the mass production will start in 2015. The production volume is planned to be more than 100,000 units per year with upside potential.

- Through EV technology and manufacturing, Beijing Siemens Automotive E-Drive System Co., Ltd., Changzhou will contribute to Chinese government’s initiative in establishing higher environmental standards by pushing New Energy Vehicle (NEV) technologies. As the first customer of the new Siemens-BAIC joint venture, BAIC plans to utilize the electric power train products for electric car platforms. The performance scale of these models ranges from 45 to 200 kW.
