基本要求：扎实的Java开发能力，熟悉Oracle 数据库，会写PL/SQL; 如有一定shell脚本经验，熟悉Unix/Linux会有一定加分。

具体Level据面试者表现而定。

- Good understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented design, analysis
- Good at user experience, and interaction design would be preference.
- 3+ years of hands on experience with Java programming like Struts, JDBC, XML, Web Service, Hibernate or other OR mapping tools, Spring, ExtJS, Javascript etc.
- Demonstrated experience on Java development on Application Server like Tomcat etc.
- Experience/Knowledge of Oracle database, PL/SQL would be a strong plus.

- Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written.
- Passion for learning and strong learning skills
