Be responsible for providing IT operational support to the business
Perform IT on-site service first line support
Good problem solving in both English and Chinese communication skills
Experience in over 100 users' technical support environment.
Provide standard call management practices, and Helpdesk track resolution.
Troubleshoot problems remotely or/and via phone support.
Determine service requesting routing to second level support.
Execute new PC, laptop/printer set-up and troubleshooting, configure PCs with standard software and assist with system upgrades and data back or moves in timely manner.
Assist other IT groups with day to day operational support activities.
Basic hardware/software knowledge and firm understand of Windows Operating Systems (both Win XP & Win 7) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Good knowledge of installations and upgrades Microsoft products including Office 2010, Outlook, and Communicator, etc.
Familiar with networking (including internet, VPN and wireless connection) and remote troubleshooting tools (such as using LogMeIn). Good phone skills, and customer service skills

BS or equivalent in a relevant technical area (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering) and minimum 2 years IT experience, also MSCDT (Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician) certification required
