Management of:
?Provision of different levels of solutions (paper design, custom design or platform/solution) as per customer’s needs and based on customer’s technical capability.
?Manager distributors to push the products penetration, consolidate the high rest of market inputs.
?Provision of Systems solutions and methodologies for power solutions center.
?New product promotion based on focus products revenue number, and training distributors’ FAE, PM and Sales.
?Competitive Product Analysis from the products performance perspective. And then provide the promotion tool for Sales and propose NSR to PL.
?Continuously monitor industry trends and market forces (i.e. government regulations) that will impact customer's design strategy.

Support:
?Technical Road Shows and Seminars. Including the preparation of market information, competitive product analysis, and getting the data of end-customer spec and customer solutions.
?Assist in quality/ application issues: identifying the root cause and work with Sales/CQE to resolve the issues.
?The technical support of customers and prospects during promotional, design-in, and development phases
?Press release and article/ application notes

Work with:
?PL engineering teams to ensure that products meet the application's requirements
?Sales Teams in assigned customer accounts to identify technical trends as well as current and future product requirements to drive business development opportunities
?Business development team to expand products penetration in different segments.

Qualifications:
?Degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
?4-5 R&D years after Bachelor or 2-3 R&D years after Master; or at least 7 years design experience in applications to be supported in assigned role.
?At least 5-year H/W designer experiences, especially in customer side, will be a plus.
?Be conversant with all major power supply topologies; or predominant applications and power topologies of assigned customers and/or markets.
?Good command of local language and English writing, presentation and communication skills.
