Product Manager, Beijing China

Product Manager is the CEO of the game here in FunPlus. He/She Must have a high-energy, results-oriented attitude and is ready to use all of his or her professional 'know-how' to get all of the moving parts and team working in the direction of making great games for our audience not himself/herself.
Strong analytical skills are not optional. We are looking for mobile/social professionals with a real passion for the types of games we make. You are someone who is used to working with developers, artists, producers, and designers in quick development cycles. We’re looking for people who understand that making great social/mobile games is an art and science, a balance of metrics-driven product design with creative quality and product intuition.

Responsibilities:
- Work independently to generate new feature ideas for a mobile/social game, or improvement to existing features.
- Make wireframes and mock-ups of ideas
- Work with developers, artists, other PMs in your team to prioritize tasks and execute on the feature implementation until the game release
- Design analytics tracking point to release with the features and collect the data, optimize the game features and decide the right next steps
- Multivariate testing is required
- Data analysis in Excel

Qualifications:
- Strong academic record or the outstanding performance in work experience
- Enjoy a start-up environment; ready to grow with the company
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and execute on the goals
- Exceptional data analysis skills and high level of proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup) is preferred; Ability to deal with large data sets, make recommendations based on in-depth analysis, as well as the ability to communicate and execute across these recommendations.
- Strong ability to identify the difficulties and down-to-earth altitude to solve the problems independently
- At least one solid proven internet product experience or the new graduates with strong academic achievements and strong problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills, with solid attention to details.
- Great passion to make one game or internet product successful
- Strong dedication to the work and can work flexible and efficiently over time and over weekends
