Responsibilities
l Responsible monthly payroll, social benefit and IIT operations, liaison with Shanghai FESCO.
l Proactively handle any payroll, social benefit and IIT related communications/questions from Grundfos employees.
l Familiar with platinum system, perform payroll, social benefit and IIT in platinum system as per internal audit’s requirements.
l Act as SAP master data super user; responsible for training SAP administrators in China region and handling SAP remedies from users; close monitor and update of SAP according to global guidance.
l Administer employee database, and prepare HR reports according to managers’ request.
l Work together with C&B Manager on new projects in the related HR fields.
l Other HR related activities when assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications
Education and Training
 
l Bachelor degree holder in HR management or related field.
l Good command in oral and written English.
l Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited excel, PPT etc.
l SAP and HRIS professional training
 
Experiences
l At least 6 years working experience in related functions with at least 4 years full-time experience on C&B function.
l Experience to work closely with each BU HR and coordinate HR tasks from corporate level.
l HRIS knowledge and experience including SAP/Platinum/Employee self-service system is a must
